Really Florida? Guy Arrested For Drunk Biking Through Taco Bell Drive-Thru

We totally understand someone wanting to chow down on some Taco Bell when they’re drunk; however, we don’t endorse violent behavior in the name of a Doritos burrito.

Gabriel Harris, a 33-year-old man from New Smyrna Beach, Florida, was intoxicated when he attempted to ride through the drive-thru on his bike close to 3 A.M.

An employee denied Harris service but he refused to leave, which is when police were called.

When officers arrived at the scene, Harris was sitting on his bike outside the speaker. Again, he was asked to “movimiento” and refused.

Cops spotted a Swiss Army knife on Harris’ belt loop and reached for the potential weapon but Harris grabbed the officer’s wrist.

No bueno.

Harris was then wrestled to the ground, arrested and charged with resisting arrest with violence.

He looks quite sad about the whole incident in his mugshot.
