Missing Grandmother With Alzheimer’s Was Last Seen At CA Campground

It’s been six weeks since anyone has seen or heard from 75-year-old Sally Estabrook and over the weekend, her friends, family and loved ones gathered for a vigil to pray for her safe return. The goal was to hopefully put Sally’s case on the hearts and minds of many in California and beyond so tipsters would call police with new leads.

Bob Estabrook, Sally’s husband told NBC San Diego, “Two or three times during the night, I’ll wake up and I’ll just pray.”

On Oct. 4, Sally vanished from the California Julian Campground, specifically the Pinezanitas RV Park. She suffers from Alzheimer’s and reports say she only responds to Mom, Sally or Nana.Reports say authorities and volunteers in surrounding counties have conducted extensive searches to find Sally, but nothing has turned up. Her family said that may be a good sign and maybe someone tried to help her. They are hoping a Good Samaritan will come forward.

Sally stands 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs about 145 pounds and was last seen wearing Capri pants.

A Facebook page has been launched to provide the public with photos and information.
