ORIGINAL STORY (JULY 12, 2017):
SAVANNAH, GA — Hollywood actor, performance artist, and serial arrestee Shia LeBeouf has been caught on tape drunkenly raving at Savannah-Chatham police officers who picked him for public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
The incident kicked off around 4 A.M., when LeBeouf reportedly asked a passerby for a cigarette. Upon being refused, the star “became disorderly,” allegedly hurling obscenities in mixed company.
Somebody called the cops LeBeouf fled to a nearby hotel lobby, where his verbal misbehavior escalated. Responders put LeBeouf in cuffs to take him to the station, setting off the real ranting fireworks. Police cameras captured the incident on video.
“Yo, you really got these cuffs on me heavy, bro! You’ve got me in my hotel, arresting in my hotel for doing what, sir? What did I do? I have rights. I’m an American. I pay my taxes. Get these s—ts off my f—ing arm! No, you’re going to get these s—ts off my arm, or you’ll be f—ing f—ed!”
LeBeouf addresses an African-American officer and attempts to enlighten the man on race issues, spouting:
“Who you fighting for? You got a president that don’t give a s—t about you, and you’re stuck in a police force that don’t give a f–k about you, so you wanna arrest — what? White people who give a f—k? Who ask for cigarettes?
I came up to you trying to be nice, you stupid (expletive),” he says. “I came up to you asking for a cigarette, you dumb b–ch. Why would I ask for a cigarette if I was racist, you stupid f–k? I was asking for a cigarette. You said, ‘No.’ I said, ‘Word.’ And then you arrested me, you dumb f—k!”
They got cameras everywhere, you dummy. I got more millionaire lawyers than you known what to do with, you stupid b—ch! I’m FROM it, you dummy!”
Alas, the Transformers performer and globetrotting conceptual artist had more wisdom to drop.
Another tape, recorded while LeBeouf was being transported in the back of a squad car, reveals the actor threatening the African-American officer who’s driving by saying:
“If I had my gun, I’ll blow your s—t up!… Whore! B—ch! Coward! That’s your legacy. You got a kid? I hope so. Hope so, so he can know what the f—k no-so is goin’. You’re a b—ch! For leagues! Not for years, a b—ch for leagues! You’re a pirate b—ch!
And you put your own kind in the f—in’ pen! For nothing! You put a white man in the pen for what, f—in’ b–ch? For axing for a black man for a cigarette? That’s your own country. I pay my taxes, you dumb b—ch!
You’re about to meet my lawyer, and you feel like a stupid, slimy whore. That’s your legacy, you f—ing coward!”
LaBeouf, who was arrested earlier in 2017 for fighting outside his anti-Trump art installation in New York, is presently out on $7,000 bail.
