OCALA, FL — A violent disturbance outside a Walmart prompted police to arrest Isaac Casperson, 28, for domestic battery.
Casperson allegedly hit his girlfriend in the store’s parking lot. He did, however, indisputably have his face tattooed in the fashion of the movie and comic book character, The Crow.According to the arrest documents, a Walmart employee on break first noticed trouble between Casperson and April Meek, 28, with police reporting:
“[The employee] witnessed the white male hit the white female in the head/face area with an open fist, causing her to start crying.”
Casperson allegedly told responding officers “he was having a conversation with his wife.” The couple do not, at this point, actually appear to be married.
Meek reportedly told police that she had “upset” Casperson and did not want to press charges, insisting, “I’m fine.” Despite the victim’s non-participation, officers cited “sufficient evidence” to book Casperson at the Marion County jail for simple domestic battery.
